hmm I love rain, mostly when I'm inside:P when im outside I hate it cause it's
1: heavy on your clothes(yup im lazy)
and 2: well... dont like the feeling and wet hair
though, when I go to sleep I want it to rain cause its realy relaxing, lying in your bed and listing to the rain.
